Deadbeats' Hall of Lame, Spamming Spammer Edition
Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.
Please realize that 99.9% of internet users DON'T want your crap in our e-mail boxes.
Minimum fine for violation of this policy allows me to legally bill/invoice for $500 and this can be escalated to a court of law.
Last update: 05/31/1997 to create this page for an extra special idiot.
And now, without further ado, Studio42 presents the:

No, this is obviously not ALL of them, however it is probably the last of the spams
I will see from this idiot. As my signature clearly says, this is a $2500 violation.
Legally speaking, an invoice is going to be sent to:
Worldwide Marketing Group
Box 48029
Bedford, NS
Canada B4A 3Z2
This idiot not only sent this to my work, work webmaster accounts, my main personal,
my alternate personal, but also to my domain at the "spam-hater@studio42.com" address.
Talk about someone who seriously needs to be beaten with the proverbial clue stick.
What gets me is that they do not give out their 1-800 number due to the amount of
complaints they get from anti-spammers. THINK!! Obviously they are not clear on the
concept.
Their scam? They collect addresses, then sell them. Basically, they are a spam
facilitator, spamming via CompuServe. It's not even hidden. They did relay one
spam from somewhere in Australia through CompuServe, but it's definately
CompuServe. Basically, take our money and run. Why is it that people refuse to
grasp such simple concepts of "spamming is bad", or "don't spam me". Am I not being
clear enough on this concept? This is along the lines of "which part of 'no' do you
have a problem understanding?"
Not a whole lot I can do outside of forward this to CompuServe and alert them. Of
course, there is always this page to expose the idiot.
NOTE!
When dealing with spammers who hail from CompuServe, DO NOT sent MIME file attachements.
No, I'm not talking about sending the spams via a guy in black tights with his face
covered in white stage make-up, I'm talking about the encoding algorithms such as
binhex and UUencode and Base64. CompuServe does not support MIME file types, helping to
keep CompuServe customers at the mercy of a commercial service provider that refuses
to enter the modern age. If you're planning on sending these spams to CompuServe
administration, dump the whole spam, headers and all, into the body of the email.
If you are one of the dilweeds who sent me unsolicited email or are someone thinking about it, drop dead.
Also, if you've got a complaint about my anti-spam feelings or want to scold me for being justifiably sick of spam, I have the following words of wisdom for you:
