  • See the spam What is it with spammers? Do they simply not get it? How can they send bulk-email for profit? I mean, it's obvious that the people who spam do not have a legitimate product, otherwise they wouldn't need to spam. I sure as hell don't want some idiot pushing a spamming program at me. Sure, I can send 20,000 misguided scams a day. I'll also get deluged my responses: people flaming me for spamming them. Spam simply doesn't work, and the sooner these spammers get the hint, the better. It's amazing how they have all these methods figured out to get your money the fastest, but not how to actually run a legitimate business. The spammer even boast how spamming costs him nothing. That's exactly what makes spamming illegal, since the end users and ISP indirectly and directly involved end up paying for this spam. Remember, advertisers are REQUIRED to bear the cost of their advertising. To top it off, BAD HTML done by: Dave Mustachi P.O. Box 772261 Coral Springs, FL 33077 (954) 341-2924 Fax: 954-255-3713 The HTML won't work because it was not only done poorly, but incomplete as well. The document was never closed out. Obviously this clueless moron is not aware of exactly how the <PRE> tag works. As such, I'm going to forgo me usual formatting that I do so you can truly enjoy the errors. My auto-flamer was rejected becuase the "reply" address was invalid. That is no surprise to me. Let's crack this spam open:

  • See this spam A spam for the Floodgate Windows spamming software package. By the way, I'm sure you've figured out I don't want to spam people. This idiot puts what I am hoping is a valid address, although notice the PO box! Dave Mustachi P.O. Box 772261 Coral Springs, FL 33077 (954) 341-2924 Let's just jump to the headers: This again originated from UU.Net, as is typical with many spams. The recieve from address is also valid, which pretty much shows where the spam relayed from. Let's not forget the flawed HTML. Always a good way to show off your product by having it reveal flaws when used. That is a major advantage to using a non-HTML based mail client. Of course, this means more clean-up for me to do.

  • See this spam I am positive this spam is frm the above person. Near identical headers, plus the same flaws in headers, as well as the same crappy HTML. Different body and subject, but this is essentially the same crap. Proof: Dave Mustachi P.O. Box 772261 Coral Springs, FL 33077 (954) 341-2924 Fax: 1-954-255-3713 All done. No sense is prolonging this one. This does show that my remove requests do not work for this scam. However, none have bounced. I'm sure they are auto-purged.

  • See the spam Sorry for not applying some forced formatting to the spam, but I have a life. Besides, it's about time you see what this crap really looks like Another spam for Floodgate Spam package. They say their stuff is flame and bomb proof. Since they sent this spam via their package, how can their remove address work? Of course, more t-1net.com spam. I am going ahead and escalating this to their upstream provider. Bad HTML too. No suprise. Dave Mustachi P.O. Box 772261 Coral Springs, FL 33077 (954) 341-2924 Now that this jerk has his own page, his progress will be easier to track

  • See the spam I have a feeling I'm getting this sort of crap as a retaliation for having an anti-spam site. Still, I will complain, as I don't want a spamming program and I sure as hell am not going to buy a list of email addresses, 99.999% of which do NOT want spam anyways. Same bad HTML too. I am assuming that if you buy the address CD's, then you'll find yourself on them, since he must be using the same lists so he can spam.

    UPDATE October 31, 1997,18:00

A well placed complaint has gathered the desired results. BellSouth apparently frowns on spamming now, and has CANCELLED this account. Dave Mustachi has been caught and stopped, for the time being anyways. I am sure I was one of HUNDREDS of complaints. Regardless, this is a victory!

  • See the spam He's back. Now he's trying to help you find a spam tolerance Internet service provider to help you get your spams out there. Isn't that cute? Same crappy flawed HTML too. Nothing worse than getting a 24K spam on average twice a month. You would think if this was actually making him money, he would not keep spamming. Dave Mustachi P.O. • See the spam Apparently Dave is back. He has made a fatal mistake by spamming Studio42. The only reason this stealth technology works is that servers to be relay-raped are carefully selected as being broken and therefore suitable for his abuse. The "Re:" is also false as I certainly didn't request this garbage. Dave Mustachi P.O. Box 772261 Coral Springs, FL 33077 (954) 784-0312 Fax: 1-954-916-6852
