Deadbeats' Hall of Lame, $600 in Free Software Offer Edition
Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.
Please realize that 99.9% of internet users DON'T want your crap in our e-mail boxes.
Minimum fine for violation of this policy allows me to legally bill/invoice for $500 and this can be escalated to a court of law.
Last Updated: January 2, 1998 for a confirmed kill.
And now, without further ado, Studio42 presents the:

Accept checks by fax. No thank you. I'd prefer the paper trail with mail. In other
words, I do want to trash this email as it has NO interest to me.
Lots of forgeries. Why should I deal with someone forging information? If they can't
be honest all the way, then they are definately doing something illegal.

This is a repeat spam from the above spammer, who was cancelled
on Netcom and USA.Net. It appears that the relaying server has little to no concern with
the activities of spammers.
UPDATE: November 15, 1997
USA.Net has also terminated this user! A double-kill out of a single report. Too bad
I can't reflect this better in my calendars.

This person is really starting to annoy me. This person spammed me twice already. The
first time is here and the second time is here, the account was cancelled by USA, although
the second listing does not show this.
I will admit this spammer is getting more and more clever about hiding his tracks.
Poorly, I might add. Still stealing resources to annoy people.

I've had it with this spammer. When I get the time, I am moving these reports to
their own page. This person is a serial spammer with no regard or remorse and that
makes this spammer even more dangerous than your run of the mill spammer. This
person consistently steals services from other places who are still allowing relay,
most likely these places are unaware they are being abused.
The other listings are:
The folks of the forged domain "lifedata.com" have expressed concern over this violation
of their domain name. Since they do not have a mail server, users or a machine, there
is no possible way they can be responsible for sending this out or even remotely
participating in this spam. This is not a kill, but helps to show why spam is wrong and
why spammers need to be shut down.
If you are one of the dilweeds who sent me unsolicited email or are someone thinking about it, drop dead.
Also, if you've got a complaint about my anti-spam feelings or want to scold me for being justifiably sick of spam, I have the following words of wisdom for you:
