Deadbeats' Hall of Lame, Page 6
Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.
Please realize that 99.9% of internet users DON'T want your crap in our e-mail boxes.
Minimum fine for violation of this policy allows me to legally bill/invoice for $500 and this can be escalated to a court of law.
Last update: 07/25/1997 to to update a moron's entry who has chosen to spam me again.
And now, without further ado, Studio42 presents the:

Oh boy. This little retard wants to personally invite me(and about 1 million other
dupes) into hitting his site and creating links back to my site. Gee, why should
I do that when I have all sorts of other people linking to my sites already? Ooh,
but since he apparently thinks I can't create web pages, I can use his site to
generate a pure work of crap to call my own.
Of course, the dreaded "remove" function, so as to gather my address to sell to
another list. Time to investigate.

Many flaws with this spam.
Since this is my LAST change to save, why should I care about this line in the headers:
"X-Advertisement: Visit http://www.iemmc.org for name removal information."
Sure, I use Photoshop and PageMaker, but I use them so rarely, why should I pay full
retail prices when I can get the upgrades for so much cheaper?
Again, since this is my "last" chance, I shouldn't see more garbage from this idiot.
Ooh, and if I call before July 4th(with just hours to go, mind you), I can save all
this money that I'll never spend over there.
Let's look at this less than reputable company, shall we?

I enjoy their opening line:
"Sadly, 99.9 percent of all unsolicited e-mail *is* junk.
But sometimes you find a jewel in the septic tank.
We walk the talk."
Odd, when I look in a septic tank, all I find are turds. This isn't an exception.
Too bad crap like this can't just remain in the septic tank instead of being
broadcast to thousands of others who do not want this crap.
How can I tell it's a scam? Because they claim it is NOT a scam. Simple.

Burned out? Nope. Stressed out? No. Pissed off? You bet! What makes this idiot think
he has the right to spam me?
I've decided to clip this one and complain to all involved. But that's not enough, I
want to voice my complaint to the following idiot at the following numbers:
Call for information 24X7(a recording, I'll bet)
====>800-942-9304 extension 21154# for US or
====>800-942-9304 extension 20456# for Canada
Then call this idiot personally to blast his poor judgement skills:

Apparently Mr. Stupid here enjoys being clueless. I strongly suspect this to be the
same moron as listed with "vaprnet.com", but with spammers, it's hard to tell since
they tend to scurry like roaches when the lights come on.
No extensive flaming or ranting. This is an "update".
Question? Answer: stay out of my email!
Answer spam with creative spam fighting tactics:
Via DNS look-ups, all IP addresses check out, more or less. In simpler terms, I saw
some odd stuff, but it checks out as normal.
Wow, check this out:

My opinion: it originated from PacBell, went to flash.net where it was relayed to
vapor.com, and was then broadcast via the mailing lists. The PacBell address
was munged to preven flames. That doesn't mean they can't be hunted down like the
filth that they are.

Who do I complain to? PSI? Earthlink.net? Both seem to be pretty lenient on spammers,
so maybe I should complain to both. Bogus AOL addresses. This did originate from
Germany according to headers, but since this is spam, it's hard to tell.
What I like is that they tell me that once I understand how this works, I will be
impressed. OK, for the record, I'd like to share with the WORLD how this works:
You send a scam. I report the scam. Authorities working with responsible ISP's
track down the scam to the scammer. The scammer is then arrested, tried and jailed
for wire fraud.
See? It's fairly impressive.
What's more, they have a 1-800 number:
1-800-745-2783
Speak SLOWLY and distinctly. This is for three reasons:
- They requesting you do so.
- It ties up their phone lines longer, hence they pay more.
- They are probably retarded and need things done SLOWLY so their undeveloped brains
can process it.
What a crappy thing for me to have to do: come into the office every weekend to deal
with idiots and their spams. You just can't ignore this stuff or else they will assume
you condone this practice. Swift action is mandatory to squashing scammers.
Looks like it's time to set up Claris Emailer at the office to only accept emails
intended for valid accounts. This means if the recpipient field is not a valid address,
the message is auto-flamed via a CyberPromo SMTP server I've come to learn how to abuse.

Fellow realtor? Not me. I'm not a realtor. I am not even looking at purchasing
property.
So, you offer a 30% referal? As I read that, if you sell someone a $100,000 house
because I refered them to you, I would get $30,000. That seems very unlikely
considering that most realtors only make maybe 3% commission per sale.
I think I'll have this person's license investigated. I'm sure it's been revoked.
What we don't need are unethical realtors with a "webb" page.

The great fire sale, eh? Actually, this idiot has been doing "annoyance" online
for 15 months. That's a LONG time to make a LOT of enemies. They just made another
enemy. Flame-proof bulk emailing. Basically: send your spam, replies are deleted.
Of course, the upside is that if you are the one spamming, you don't get flamed. The
downside is you will NEVER know the response to your scam.
Special number to call:
303-441-9109
What I don't understand is how they can sell lists of "flameproof" addresses. What,
are these victims passive, retarded, stupid, dead, or a combination of those traits?
It would seem to me that the actual spammer's address is what you want to be flame
proof.
And of course, responses via email will be ignored. Talk about efficiency. They
obviosly practice what they preach. Headers are so messed up I can't even make
anything useful out of it. There is a TON of forwarding and relaying. Lots of
services are being involved. Of course, I'm sure the addresses displayed for
sending are bogus anyhow.
But why is this illegal? To simplify, it comes down to the following:
No business name mentioned
No business address.
This offer won't last long, so I'll probably get an unwanted reminder spam in
a couple of months. Why? Because spammers lie.

This person is running a nice little envelop stuffing scam. They guarantee
$140 a day for a full 90 days. Hmm, a little math shows that this should be:
$12,600
However, I make more than that an hour, so why should I even bother.
What is this scam?
Well, this person claims it tried envelop stuffing, but it was a joke. Now what
does this clueless idiot do? It sends out the same 10 letters every day. Talk
about a rut. We're still looking an evelop stuffing, but just 10 a day this time.
To what? Sell soap. Gee, it would seem so much easier just to spend a few bucks
on soap a month that to shell out $3.20 in stamps every day, 6 days a week for a
90 day period, not to mention the out of pocket expenses to start this scam up.
Of course, the guarnatee doesn't apply to Mac folks. Odd, I'm using a Mac, so I
guess this is FALSE advertising. Why? They guarantee, then they start putting
exceptions.
This scammer accepts credit cards and checks.
So, send a Xerox of your dirty ass to:
Mrs. Dianne Flanagan
