Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.
Please realize that 99.9% of internet users DON'T want your crap in our e-mail boxes.
Minimum fine for violation of this policy allows me to legally bill/invoice for $500 and this can be escalated to a court of law.
Last Updated: November 21, 1997 to move some spams to their own special page.
And now, without further ado, Studio42 presents the:

Why can't these supposedly legitimate companies list their name in the spam?
MLM idiots.
For a one-time mailing, I sure get a lot of repeat crap. There is no need to be
removed because you're not going to be removed anyways.

it's not Dave Mustachi pushing this crap for a change. I DO NOT WANT the Floodgate spam

Another MLM scam. I saw this one earlier in the week. I'm suspecting this spammer was
booted or running and moved their operation and modified their spam a tad.
This is another "one time message" that I've gotten multiple times.
Since this also involves mail fraud, I've got other folks to notify.

So, these dolts want to pay me to do their work. My rate is $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Phone scam. More like an Long distance slamming scam.

spam you better in the future.
This one goes in the "I gotta crappy web site, and I gotta spam to promote it" files.
Hmm, appears the VALID owners of "the.net" have chosen to do NOTHING in regards to
people forging their domain.

Yet another cookie impregnated site. A site with NOTHING useful to say. Seems to me like
a spam address harvesting site for this Netcom orginating trash.

Gee, more scams coming out of t-1net.com, the latest in Dana Jones online terrorism.
This sounds more like a cult since you can only get money if you join their group.
No inventory, no selling, just send out 33,000 unwanted spams.

No, I do NOT accept credit cards mainly because I don't agree with banks taking money for
not really doing a whole lot. Also, why should I trust a company that can't even bother to
use their business name as well as forge a fictional name. Plus they won't list an address.
I think there is credit card FRAUD tied into this little scam
The folks at "the.net" have proven to be incompetent and refuse to do anything about their
name being use for fraud.
Karen Griffin is a scammer and a spammer. Drop dead. You sent this to me before, and I did
not want it then. What makes this idiot think I want this now?

Sure I'm ready, ready to FIGHT spam and stop these MLM scammers. Oooh, serious inquiries

in stopping scams.

I don't care what is the de facto standard in spamming. In case you can't figure it out,
I don't like spam. Need I say more? My best guess is a new way of forging AOL and
CompuServe addresses for the direct purpose of online annoyance.
Oh, and why should this Mac user want PC software? Oh yeah, that's right, I am also

This is a scam. They are doing "marketing" in order to front for collecting email
addresses. Notice the "friend@public.com" list being used?
Anyhow, they say they believe in free speech. People spamming is NOT practicing free
speech. They also say they are into responsible online mass marketing. Hmm, seems that
and spamming are exact opposites. Wait, there is NO SUCH THING as responsible online
mass marketing.
Two lies in one.

Once again the folks at t-1net.com, AKA Data Jones spamming customers, have found
yet another way to try and avoid getting gainful employment by subscribing to the

why anyone would do any business of any sort with Dana Jones: they are suckers.

UPDATE: November 12, 1997
MCI is now aware of the activities of t-1net.com. Of course, t-1net.com is run by Dana
Jones of We-deliver.net, a known spam domain. AGIS is the upstream provider for these
spammers. MCI is the backbone provider for AGIS. Since AGIS does nothing and complaints
to T-1net.com and we-deliver.net result in additional spams, I had to escalate the matter
upstream.

Let me take some short parts of the spam and show them here with my BOLD commentary:
Q Are You Ready To Stake A Claim To Your SHare Of A $50 Billion
Weight -Loss Industry?
No. I don't deal with spammers. And while you are at it, why can't you even be
bothered to list your business name?
Q Are You Interested In Earning $500 - $3,500 In Cash Per Day And
An Additional $200 - $1,400 In Free Product Per Day?
Why the hell would I want free product? What do think I am, some house-bound

you get all the money. Drop dead. Your contest is a scam. Piss off.

MLM'ing.
LOTS of forging, LOTS of stealing.

This person thinks they are so special. They ran filters to REMOVE duplicates, and
certain domains where spam should never be sent(other than every domain known), and they
narrowed the list down to a mere 25 million. That's 25 million potential people to annoy.
They claim they update their lists with remove requests. Most likely those become a new
file to be spammed by morons.
USA.Net is proving to be more and more intolerant of spam. Good for them. this spammer's
usa.net account has been cancelled due to spam complaints. Although this never hit
USA.Net's network, they do act responsible when they are involved in some small way.

This bottom feeding piece of trash wants me to invest with his firm. He's trying to cash

Why is there so much fraud coming out of Florida recently?
A very frustrated administrator wrote to me. It's nice to see that "maindrag.com" is
also anti-spam and are working very hard to try and prevent such an incident from
happening again. They terminated the user, which means this is a CONFIRMED KILL!
Unfortunately for maindrag.com, they are now suffering the additional negative
repercussions that accompany spamming. Since they are merely a HOSTING company
this can really hurt them. This is PERFECT proof about what is wrong with spamming
and why spamming is a theft of resouces. Maindrag.com in my opinion is a
responsible hosting provider and I wish them all the best to get through this ordeal.

This is a spam for the Harris Marketing site, a known spammer site on the AGIS backbone.
Complaints to the relaying and web sites will result in more spamming to my address.

So secret, the email is blank. I'm assuming they want to see a response so they can
verify a live address. Nope, not gonna do it for this UU.Net originating garbage.
Apparently the secret is out. The victimized relaying service is acknowledging that
their services were abused and hijacked by this spammer. They are taking steps to
prevent future relaying as well as escalating this to UU.Net, where this spammer came
from.
