Message: Greetings from Cambridge, England.

We too have been targetted *again* by the lowlife scum responsible for
the MasterCD2001 spam. Since late on August 16 (U.K. time zone), we have
received more than 40 "remove me!" or auto-responder replies from around
the world because the spammer put "Reply-To: webmaster@obliquity.com"
in the header of his latest barrage of junk mail advertising his loathsome
wares.

Like you, we got hit in June 2001 as well.

The spammer's tactics seems to have changed since the June attack.
He now seems to be signing his victims up for numerous mailing lists,
judging by several auto-responses we've received from Yahoo mailing
lists which request confirmation of the sign-up.

Also, he doesn't provide any contact details at all, but instead he
tells people to look for him via search engines.

If there's anything we can do to help nail this sucker, please let us
know. We're as mad as you are about this.

Best wishes

David Harper and Lynne Marie Stockman
