No - tiocom doesn't enjoy being raped - and you're right -that's what it
felt like. We've implemented some filters to disallow relaying since this 
happened.

We hate spam as much or more than you - when it clogs our mail server with
thousands of messages. I'd like to get my hands around the neck of the guy
who did this. 

He does have a fax number - and I've considered sending a threatening fax
- but doubt it would do much good.

I contacted uu.net three times  - twice while he was connected to our mail
server.
