This whole scenario is unacceptable and stinks.

I'm sorry, but I have no time to deal with this. Not for free and not at my expense. Just 
so you know, my minimum rate is $150/hr with a 2 hour minimum. My time is to be compensated. 
If you want to take my time, your best bet is to do it via this forum. I need to know what 
my involvement is in this case and/or why exactly you need to speak with me. RIght now, I 
see someone who is wasting my time currently and wants to waste more of my time in the 
future. I don't feel like having my time wasted, nor have the time to waste.

I will not be contacting you. I have more pressing matters to attend to. I've moved on from 
this issue and have moved onto other projects.

Actually, I'm not apologizing. I'm done with this, case closed. The situation was handled 
appropriately: the abusive user was removed. Done, finished, complete.
