I got this one a little while ago.  I've researched this one.  Have I found what I'm 
looking for?  I've been using Neotrace to find my information and Nslookup.  Do I need 
more stuff to find everything?

PRINTRAK.COM  --- why are you receiving this complaint?  Your mail server bird.printrak.com 
has been hijacked and allows mail relaying.  Please lock your mail server down to prevent 
your mail server from being HIJACKED.  I tested your mailserver and was able to send an 
e-mail to myself.  Additionally please provide the mail logs for the Identifying IP address 
that used your mail server at 12:21:10 -0400 GMT and tracking down the spammers  For more 
information please refer to the attached e-mail.

Capital.  They claim not to support SPAM, however American Capital has sent out an e-mail 
pointing to their website address hosted by you.  The address is 
http://www.canus.net/amcap/146.html.  There is no information or an Acceptable Use Policy 
on your website.  Please take the appropriate action and shut down this website.  Please 
provide information regarding who has requested your hosting services.
