WARNING!

Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.
Please realize that 99.9% of internet users DON'T want your crap in our e-mail boxes.
Minimum fine for violation of this policy allows me to legally bill/invoice for $500 and this can be escalated to a court of law.

Subject: Chris, A Special Offer From Disney! Date: 2/27/2009 08:38 Received: 2/27/2009 14:33 From: Disney Movie Club, dmc@dmcz.m057.com Reply-To: Disney Movie Club, dmc_cs@dmcz.m057.com To: DISNEYPHOTOPASS@studio42.com
  • See the spam I had to think about this for a day, but when it came down to it, I shouldn't be receiving this since when I made the account, I made sure I did not subscribe to anything. Seems Disney is low on customer respect and privacy by treating me like this.

  • See the spam Another spam from Disney. Why is that? I did not request anything like this. Well established spam farm on the Level3 network. Expecting me to opt-out of stuff I don't want and never asked for on an account used for something else.

  • See the spam Disney earns their own page here, as soon as I can get to it. Opt-out marketting to an account that specifically already said "NO" at sign-up for the service I was interested in. First spam is right here The second spam is right here.

  • See the spam Don't care, don't want it, never wanted email about it and sick of Disney spam.
  • See the lookups Within minutes of my complaint, Disney is viewing my site, which generated a counter error because the counter file was not created.

Subject: Your Members-Only Update: Want To Earn 5 Points? Date: 9/12/2009 10:32 Received: 9/13/2009 09:05 From: Disney Movie Rewards, DisneyDVD@disney.dvdmailcenter.com To: disney@studio42.com
  • See the spam So, now Disney moves on to abuse a different Disney account of mine. Why the hell do I keep getting signed up for things that I am not signing up for? I'm getting sick of this crap. The main Disney site involved doesn't use the Disney brand name and registers on GoDaddy. Appears to go through a commercial spam farm.
