Trong tình trạng hiện nay, giá cả tất cả các mặt hàng đều leo thang, mặt hàng có ảnh hưởng lớn nhất là giá dầu. Giá dầu làm tăng hàng loạt chi phí, đáng kể nhât phải nói đến là chi phí vận tải. Giảm chi phí vận tải là góp phần làm giảm giá thành của hàng hoá, mang lại lợi ích cho mọi người cũng như xã hội.
Hiện tại những đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ vận tải, chủ hàng và các bên liên quan đang thiếu thông tin để đưa ra được phương án vận tải tối ưu. Chính vì vậy chi phí vận tải hiện tại vừa không hợp lý mà lợi nhuận của các đơn vị vận tải lại rất nhỏ.
Qua thời gian phân tích những bất cập trên chúng tôi thấy xây dựng một kênh thông tin về vận tải trung thực, ổn định là nơi để mọi người cung cấp, tìm kiếm thông tin hữu ích, góp phần cải thiện tình hình vận tải hiện nay.
