    UPDATE: December 18, 2008

    Rackster finally gets my complaints, but it's because I have to NOT send the spam to them in order to get past their anti-spam Fortiguard, who has their scummy clients listed as spammers. Go figure! However, it seems they are not totally clueless, but only time will prove to me what is or is NOT the truth. Action is apparently being taken. Read this transcript.
