It seems after a break, Liu Li is back, complete with multiple zombied web servers,
blind Russian sending, and hosting all over the place, including China, via zombied
machines. It appears he's got a new scummy DNS pal named Luo Rui who is more than
willing to provide dirty DNS. Luo Riu gladly and proudly uses and abuses a Yahoo
drop box.
