I was going to count this as a lottery scam, but I noticed the term "beneficiary"
and "deceased" and that set off flags that this would be a 419 scam. If not,
then the scammer can contact me through their attorney and the courts to issue
me a cease and desist order. The order will be ignored, just so you know.
