Studio42 must report that the data for this entry here has been moved. It appears that 
instead of the author accepting responsibility for their action, they have chosen to take
legal action. Regardless of the baseless and pointless legal action that they would lose,
there are some important issues to consider:

UBE vs UCE: One is bulk, one is commercial. Both are treated as spam at Studio42.
Content vs consent: Many folks claim that the content is irrelevant, but the content of
the spam received was a solicitation to fill our a questionaire. Again, the content does
not matter, but it was a solicitation that was not requested, and I did not want it. The
content was of a solicitious nature, and the consent was never obtained by the author from
the entire domain of Studio42. Again, spam.
Personal property rights: Studio42 owns all of its own equipment. The choices are simple:
Play by my rules or stay the hell off my network.

Let it be known that if this were to go to court, they would lose as they have not got a case.

Studio42 will NOT TOLERANCE spam. PERIOD. Got it? I will ensure I am less friendly to spammers
in the future. Cross me and be destroyed.
