Deadbeats' Hall of Lame
Idatabank Edition
Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.
Please realize that 99.9% of internet users DON'T want your crap in our e-mail boxes.
Minimum fine for violation of this policy allows me to legally bill/invoice for $500 and this can be escalated to a court of law.
Disclaimer lines placed in every signature file I have now:
|Commercial and/or unsolicited email and/or spam will be processed for|
| a $500 handling fee. Unsolicited sending constitutes acceptance. |
This pretty much indicates what actions I'm am allowed to take.

And now, without further ado, Studio42 presents the:

Forgeries, harvesting and theft of service because this spammer wants to spam.

Mail.com helps prove this is the wrong way by nuking the spammer's havesting drop!

UPDATE: February 5, 2000
The originating ISP takes action by suspending the account. This sounds like the spammer will
be back so I refuse to count this as a kill.

A repeat of this one from above.
Theft of services, harvesting and forgeries so they can try and get spamming business.
Again, they choose the wrong way.

Different subject, same spam. New web site, same scam. Same forgeries, different hijackings.
Still harvesting. Why hasn't the drop been nuked?

Very predictable as this spammer seems to do two spamming runs for their unwanted spammer spam.
Theft of service, harvesting and forgeries. Nothing original or suprising here.
