Deadbeats' Hall of Lame
Casino Edition
Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.
Please realize that 99.9% of internet users DON'T want your crap in our e-mail boxes.
Minimum fine for violation of this policy allows me to legally bill/invoice for $500 and this can be escalated to a court of law.
Disclaimer lines placed in every signature file I have now:
|Commercial and/or unsolicited email and/or spam will be processed for|
| a $500 handling fee. Unsolicited sending constitutes acceptance. |
This pretty much indicates what actions I'm am allowed to take.

And now, without further ado, Studio42 presents the:

Fiber2.com, the apparent relay of choice of this spammer, says it is not one of their users.
I will interpret their response as they are not going to secure their open relay and count
their response as a denial.

UPDATE: December 9, 2000
Hotmail reports back that this spammer is in fact using forgeries. While I used to count this
as an action, I am counting this as an "other". This is not a negative, as it does show Hotmail
did in fact try to take action and even get a kill, but was unable to because the account
does not exist. I still give compliments to Hotmail for their efforts.

UPDATE: December 14, 2000
Mindsprint/Netcom has chosen to ignore this themselves, but is telling me where to complain to,
so I count this as an "other' as well.
