This spam has a LOT of bad things going for it. This is a spam list spam, but it also involves
forgeries, but no theft of service since they are blasting spam out of an MCI dial-up. They are 
doing opt-out via an address harvesting site, and they are also advertising for a spam-friendly
service provider. Then to add further insult to injury, they are topping it off with a Murkowski
disclaimer. They are also doing harvesting via reply tactics. Yet another Remove-list spam.

The folks hosting the web site being spammed for have responded. Seems like a auto-reply bot,
but we shall see. This is going to be counted as an action. This also came complete with a 
crappy HTML file attachment, a sign of Microsoft Outlook and its variants.
