idiot. But this loser hails from Chico, CA, which is a mere 90 miles from me,
close enough to drive and kick its ass, but far enough away to make it very
inconvenient for me.

If you look at the spam, especially the headers, you will see this never was in
the domain of "investigations.com", as this idiot is coming from "primenet.com".

I've been exchanging emails with an individual at "investigations.com". This
person is very aggitated and annoyed about this, and for good cause too. This
spammer's attempts to defraud "investigations.com" is disrupting their normal
business so they can track down this spamming idiot. They have also gotten
what he says are tens of thousands of angry emails complaing about this. I
believe him when he says this due to the spammer's cheap tactic to make it
appear he's coming from "investigations.com". Apparently this spammer bounced
his scam from several services, including Netcom. The headers I have do not
correspond with the other headers he has seen. I'm not calling "investigations.com"
liars, I just think that apparently the majority of spam was probably sent via
those other channels.
Nobody wins with spam. The spammer doesn't make any money, people who buy into
the scams are ripped off, and then there are the service providers and other
victims in between who are inconvenienced or ruined because of the actions of
a rogue user.
In my few emails, I've determined that "investigations.com" is a reputable
domain. Also, they are fully committed to ending spam as well. Hopefully
no more idiot individuals will attempt this sort of behavior again.
