I had to read parts of this spam to figure out what this really was. First, it's a lie
regarding transferring money. If this were true, then the simple act of writing a big
check would be illegal unless you filled out a ton of forms. This is the scare tactic to
try and get you to join their off-shore bank, and in turn an MLM as you spam and annoy
others into joining, as you all get ripped off. The last parts involve spamming and pyramid scamming. I'll be filing formal complaints later on. The heart of this scam is postal fraud
involving selling MLM instructions.
