    The hosting provider for this web site is unreachable, as both "postmaster" and "abuse" are not deliverable. I then chose to escalate this to Eli.net, who has forwarded my complaint to the abuse account that previously bounced. Regardless, it is now August 20, and nothing has been done on this issue. I will count this as an action for the time being.
