    The upstream provider for Globalcenter.net have responded and informed me that the account responsible has been terminated. This is very refreshing because GlobalCenter denies it ever hitting their servers or their network despite the headers and traceroute showing that this did use their servers and go on their network.

I'm sure this will mean termination, but I will definately consider this an action until I hear otherwise. Please note the total time elapsed between my receipt of the spam and my getting a response back from the to site with the dropbox. 22 minutes. Pretty good!
