Do not sign me up for any mail lists. Studio42 does not accept such unsolicited business. Also, since I've recently been getting a flood of such e-mail from various people and organizations I don't wish to deal with, their names will end up here, along with their home and business addresses, and phone numbers, whenever possible.

The shipping costs MORE than this so-called gift. Yeah, nothing says "I love you" more than
buying some crap that was spamvertised. I think this person's brain has been baked from
sitting in the sun too long. Oh wait, spammer with a brain, there's an oxymoron.

I'd like to address this spam point by point:
1: When they see a situation, they spam immediately. In other words, they spam a whole lot.
2: They report on BIG opportunities. In English, they spam whenever they feel like it.
3: They tell you when to buy and sell. To be blunt, they keep annoying you.
4: They are not brokers trying to sell us stocks. Well, then you must be getting paid
somehow just to fund your spamming.
5: No one in their department is allowed to buy until after they spam. OK, so they spam in
the middle of the night so they can do some other fraud.
6: They make one or two recommendations a week. That means they spam at least twice a week.
7: They say their investors make a 47% return. In other words: you're getting screwed, but
if they told the truth, this spam would be pointless.
8: Money back guarantee if you don't make back your subscription. In reality: SUCKER!
They want you to email your credit card information and other information to:

Wow, clone my own cellular phone. Unlike other spams, this one came directly to me. While
I do have a qualifying phone, this is of NO interest to me. While reprogramming my phone
myself is completely legal, I can have a cellular phone shop do this for free with a
LEGITIMATE service as a cellular customer. Also, they also describe how to steal information
so you can clone a phone, which is illegal.
They don't want me to complain, they want me to hit delete. Sorry, doesn't work that way.
You sent this crap to me directly, but this is still spam.
I am printing a copy of this out and giving it to AT&T Wireless to inform them of this

Netcom finally got around to responding to my complaint, but as usual, mis-interpretted
my complaint. I was complaining about a web site perhaps hosted by Netcom, perhaps
hosted by a company getting connectivity via Netcom. Since IP addresses wouldn't resolve
to DNS entries, I had to immediately go upstream.

Because Netcom escalated this to DialSprint, DialSprint responded to my complaint.
This proves to me that DialSprint automatically deletes my complaints. It pisses me
off that DialSprint would rather IGNORE complaints that deal with them.
