His account, under our Terms of Services Agreement, was terminated with extreme prejudice this morning. He had solicited the services of an outside source for bulk Email of which we were not aware and executed a mass mailing thru his dial-up with us. By the time the signs of abuse were evident, it was to late. Again, we understand the concerns about UNC and support its' elimination whole-heartedly. Thank you for your understanding in all of this.
