We at Tetranet have a zero tolerance for this type of activity, unfortunately 
during the last 36 hours one of our users has violated our AUP.

Although there is nothing we can do to reverse the situation  or stop any 
existing mail out on the 'net please accept our apology.

This supplements our previous email regarding a dial-in user of ours that 
has spammed several networks / domains.  

We have requested an opinion from our atty. and if liability is not too 
extensive we will upon request provide the individual's identity so that you 
may take what ever action you deem appropriate for the service attack.

Again, we have a ZERO tolerance for this activity and ourselves will be taking 
whatever action is legally possible.
