The member and the site have already been removed from Tripod. 

I wanted to clarify that the creator of that page was in no way directly
associated with Tripod, Inc. Tripod is an independent website that provides
a package of content and services. One of our free membership services is
our Homepage Builder which allows member to build their own homepages.
Tripod does not exercise any editorial control over what our members place
on their pages, nor their other Internet related activities.

Tripod does, to the best of our ability, delete pages that contain material
that we cannot condone or subsidize through the use of our homepage
service. If, and when, people like yourself bring potentially objectionable
pages to our attention, we certainly evaluate those pages.
