Thank you for writing to North County San Diego Internet. We have
received your message concerning TrafficBoost and their unsolicited bulk
E-mail.
Unsolicited Bulk E-mailing is a practice that NCSDI does not support nor
allow. North County San Diego Internet's Acceptable Use Policy,
http://ncsdi.net/aup.htm , details what is and is not permitted and the
consequences of breaking NCSDI Policy. This policy is signed and agreed to
by all of our customers and NCSDI enforces the AUP to the letter.
When NCSDI becomes aware of unsolicited bulk e-mail we may take any of a
variety of actions. NCSDI may implement screening software designed to
block offending transmissions, charging the offender fines, or take any
other action it deems appropriate, including termination of a subscribers
account with North County San Diego Internet.
Once again, thank you for writing North County San Diego Internet with
your concern and creating such an interesting web page. We ask you to keep
us informed of any occurrences of future unsolicited e-mails from our
customers so that we may, together, put an end to this unsightly practice.
Thank you,
Frank Masi
