a downstream customer of ours.

We have enformed Digital Fiber Networks, who hosts the offending site,
that they must take immediate action to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy 
due to the large number of complaints this user has generated.

DFNI has an outstanding abuse team and is respected by ELI.NET for their
diligence and efficiency and we have complete confidence that they will 
eliminate the problem.
