To All Recepients of SPAM mail:

 Thank you so much for alerting the abuse of
our address in sending SPAM mail to you. While
we are very sorry that in any way our company
name has been involved in this illegal action,
we assure you that this has been something that
our company was completely unaware of.

 As for the remedial action to terminate the
spammer we have done the following:

 Upgrading the Lotus MTA version from 1.1.01 to 1.2
(this version has more powerful anti-SPAM tools),
thereby verifying HELO. Further, DENIED DOMAINS are
too activated.

 Still further action are being taken to curtail this
problem, and we shall keep you posted of any new
developments.

 Sorry for the delay in responding to your prompt action.
