With regards to your complaint we have received concerning mail relayed
through our mailhost, I would like to take a moment to assure you that we are 
well aware of the problem, and have taken steps to curb this kind of activity.  

We have upgraded our mailer to ensure that incidents such as this do not
occur in the future.  We do have an Acceptable Use Policy, and absolutely 
do not appreciate, nor do we tolerate, this kind of activity.

If you do receive such unsolicited mail in the future, please feel free to
notify us, as any mail passing through our mailhost should be legitimate mail
from our customers.

We apologize for this incident, and appreciate your patience in this matter.
