To ensure your issue is investigated in a timely manner, please read the

Please forward all incidents to fraud@uu.net and include in your
correspondence the FULL message header information. This header
information is required to determine the origin of the massmail. If
your system has logs showing connection information, please include them
with your correspondence.
If a the massmail incident is causing a denial of service, please call
UUNET at 800.900.0241, choose Option #2, Option #1 (during the hours of
8AM - 8PM EST Monday - Friday) to reach an Internet Abuse Investigator.
If you are calling outside of those hours, choose option
incident. If calling from outside the United States, please call +1 703
206 5600 and ask to be transferred to Security.
